We do not claim any ownership over the images you convert. Everything you upload stays yours. We also do not have the ability to access, view, or store your files, so there is nothing for us to own.
3. You Are Responsible for What You Upload
By uploading images, you confirm that you have the right to use and modify them. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
4. The Tool Is Provided As-Is
We built JPGtoPNG Pro to be reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always work perfectly. Conversions may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from using the tool.
5. No Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JPGtoPNG Pro and its creators are not responsible for any damages, losses, or problems that come from using or not being able to use this tool.
6. We Can Update These Terms

7. Free to Use
JPGtoPNG Pro is completely free. There are no hidden charges, no premium tiers, and no paywalls. We may add non-intrusive ads in the future to keep the tool running, but the core service will always be free.
